PLAYAMIGO SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 to process your order if placed Monday through Thursday or by noon
on Friday. Orders placed after noon on Friday may not be processed until the following
Monday. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
U.S. DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours if your order is placed Monday through
Thursday or by noon on Friday. We typically use the US Postal Service economy
delivery of 5 to 8 business days. A flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 applies to orders of
fewer than two units. Customers have the option to choose and pay for faster shipping options at checkout.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE DOMESTIC U.S.:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination, please allow 8 to 20
days for international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are
incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brightside Enterprises LLC
(maker of Playamigo) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are
your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your
item to request a return. Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt to be eligible
for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt
or proof of purchase.
Shipping for all domestic returns and exchanges will be done at no charge.
International returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning
items.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at
hello@theplayamigo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
